HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed. Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order has been placed. The confirmation e-mail will contain all your shipment details, including your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive after you have received the tracking number. International orders may take 15-20 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order, please contact us at royaltycosmetics@outlook.com. Please be sure that all your information is correct at checkout. We cannot change your address once an order has been completed.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

We only ship our products via United States Postal Service, (USPS) with delivery confirmation. USPS cannot guarantee a delivery date nor time of your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for first class mail. International orders may take up to 20 business days or longer. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com/tracking. Shipping rates vary by location. Royalty Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that we have no control over.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

All sales are final. When submitting an order, you are agreeing to our return policy and terms and conditions. Please email royaltycosmetics@outlook.com. with any other questions or concerns. Your request will be responded to within 48 hours.

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED? 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Which will then be processed the next business day. Please expect delays depending on the time of year.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card and PayPal in US Dollars only. Remember to double check that your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays in your order being processed

 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Never. Royalty Cosmetics will never test on animals. Our products come from Canada and ingredients can be found on the box.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Not currently.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR IS MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?

Human error can occur during the fulfillment of an order, and while we try our best to be quick and thorough things can happen. Please email us immediately and we will do our best to correct the order.

AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Only popular items will be restocked. New colors will be added.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL IT?

Royalty Cosmetics will attempt to modify your order the same day your order is placed. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Please be sure to review your items in the cart before checking out. Please do not hesitate to email royaltycosmetics@outlook.com.
